Human remains have been found in the Greater Toronto Area. First, in Mississauga, the west side, then Scarborough, the east side (where I was born).
Police are saying they think the body-parts discoveries are related, and I HOPE to HELL they're right.
The thought that we might require TWO dismembered body investigations is too much to bear.
We've already had one chopped-up-human case in Canada this summer...The notorious tale from Montreal became international news when the creep who committed the heinous act went on the lamb in Europe.
I worry that these new gruesome finds are a horrifying trend in Canadian crime. My best wishes go out to law enforcement personnel who have to work this case, I hope they catch the killer quickly, for everybody's sake.
On this day, sadly, I find myself hoping that only one body was desecrated, that only one family will have to mourn over what's left of their loved one...

...is one of those times when I advocate the death penalty, in spite of Canada not having one...anymore.
Two pieces of human waste were found guilty in the abduction, sexual assault, and bloody murder of little Victoria (Tori) Stafford.
These disgusting excuses for human-beings brutally killed an innocent child, and, frankly, I can't see what good comes from paying for them to be fed and housed in a prison for however long they end up behind bars.
Sadly, I can only HOPE they never see another day of freedom.

The media, too, was quick to insinuate that Vakhtang Makhniashvili was responsible for his daughter's disappearance, that he was probably a murderer.
