It would be inappropriate for me, as Premier, to intervene in the situation, as elected officials are not permitted to interfere in legal issues or matters before the courts. Therefore, neither I nor my officials can comment or provide legal advice on your situation"

"I hope you can appreciate that it would be inappropriate for me, as Premier, to comment on or intervene in operational policing matters"

Both these quotes are from our USELESS Premier, Dalton McGuinty.

I must have sent Ontario "premier" Dalton McGuinty thirty e-mails over the last three or so years, detailing the actions of the people he said were "accountable to us"...
...the Catholic "school" Board.

My first e-mail was met with a letter.

He suggested I call the "local police department".
I had already done that, and later would be tortured and wrongfully imprisoned by these so called "police".
I told him so in subsequent e-mails, many of which I have posted here in journals readily available to all who choose to read them.
But Dalton McGuinty never responded again...until n

I don't WANT Dalton and his underlings to "comment or provide legal advice on (my) situation" I want a PUBLIC APOLOGY for what has happened.

I want a PUBLIC APOLOGY for the despicable way my name was dragged through the mud by agents of the Ontario Government.

As far as "legal issues or matters before the courts" go, I have NO knowledge of any current court matter or legal issue before the court.
If they were ACTUALLY investigating the incompetence and corruption in York Region, you would assume I would be CONTACTED and asked to TESTIFY against these scoundrels, which, by the way, I am MORE than happy to do.

But, you see, Dalton McGuinty has NO interest in bringing these Kafkaesque "bureaucrats" to justice because he is ONE OF THEM.
Any investigation into what went wrong with the justice system in this case will lead straight back to the Premier's Office, because I contacted him before I was tortured and persecuted by the police, and he blew me off, suggesting I call the cops, which I'd already done.

The cops were more interested in persecuting an innocent man than looking into the FACTS.

The above quotes were from the SECOND time Dalton McGuinty said he would do nothing to help an innocent Canadian to get out from under the oppressive persecution that agents of Ontario carried out under his reign as Premier of Ontario.

I am going to send another letter to Dalton McGuinty, with the text from this journal, to give him a third chance to swing and miss.


So...Dalton....I am still being persecuted as a result of your actions.
What have you done to insure my safety from attacks by people who have been misinformed by agents of YOUR govnernment?
What have you done to inform the public of the TRUTH in this matter?

I think the people of Georgina have a right to know which councillors voted to bankroll Mayor Rob Grossi's now dropped lawsuit .
I think the people deserve to be told the amount wasted, to date, on this legal posturing.
We should know who, and how much, before the next election, so we can "reward" those who though nothing of blowing our hard-earned tax dollars on a frivolous lawsuit...until they got surprised by the public outrage.

I'm still pissed....how much did this...business...cost us so far?

Town Council has unanimously voted to drop the frivolous Grossi lawsuit against John McLean. Well...unanimously, with Dave Szollosy ABSENT.

It was partially owned by these two...individuals.

I'd call them former neighbours but what this family did to me was far from neighbourly.
I can't say I'm unhappy their business failed, and I'm sure that's a character flaw, but can you blame me?
