Inspector Chris Bullen shouldn't be executed, but he SHOULD be FIRED!

"A high-ranking officer with York Regional Police has avoided a demotion after admitting he left his post as duty officer during a crisis situation to "deliver personal documents" to an individual.
Duty Insp. Chris Bullen, who is also a former president of the Association of Black Law Enforcers, was brought before the tribunal after police video at Aurora headquarters caught him leaving his post during a dangerous barricade situation involving a mentally unstable woman armed with a knife.
Cameras captured him dressed casually in flip-flops, golf shirt and shorts and driving an unmarked police car.
Once he returned, about an hour later, he dressed in his uniform, however he covered police identifiers with a dark jacket and failed to take his gun belt with him, in contravention of YRP directives." - Jeremy Grimaldi, crime reporter York Region (Metroland Media)

So....Inspector Chris Bullen abandoned his post during an emergency and used tax money to do personal business while out of uniform. Then he concealed his badge number and didn't bring his gun when he finally did decide to return to the job we pay him to do.
What was the nature of the "personal documents" and the name of the "individual" that he spent our money on?
He used our funds to do it, this information should be ours to see.
We the people have a right to know how our police are acting and how our taxes are being spent.

Was he delivering money to his crack dealer?
Was the "personal document" his penis, and the "individual" his mistress?

Since Jeremy Grimaldi seemingly didn't do follow-up questions, but just reported the statement the cops fed him verbatim, we can only speculate.
I am not insinuating that Inspector Chris Bullen is an illegal drug taking philander, that would just be wrong...
...just like it was wrong when YRP made baseless allegations about me.
I'm just asking the questions that are left unanswered by the York Regional Police statement.

There are times in our not-too-distant past that Inspector Chris Bullen, if he'd been in the military when he deserted his post during an emergency, would have been EXECUTED.
I am merely suggesting his employment as a high ranking officer should be terminated.
He doesn't deserve the title of Law-Enforcement Officer.

If we don't make an example of top cops when they break the law, those under their command will think it's perfectly acceptable to similarly commit crime.

Death of Elgie, Originator of the Thong Storyhttp://www.theglobeandmail.com/news/national/former-conservative-cabinet-minister-lawyer-surgeon-robert-elgie-dies-at-84/article10798413/
Doctor Robert Elgie, lawyer, neurosurgeon and former politician, has died at age 84.
Known for many achievements in his life, he will be remembered by me as the guy who, when I called to speak to his wife (School Board Trustee Nancy Elgie), recounted a story about his relative, or in-law, who would ride home from the lake wearing a speedo.
The neighbours used to call the speedo wearer a "nudist", chuckled Mr. Elgie.
I interrupted his merriment at recalling these gossip-mad prudes from his past to remind Mr. Elgie that, although it might be amusing to him that his relative had been called a "nudist", what I was being falsely accused of is a CRIME.
I relayed the story that Mr. Elgie told me to a number of people, including some members of the Catholic School Board, and the York Regional Police force.
As is often the case with GOSSIPS, the police and th
The sliding scales of so-called justiceLet me get this straight....
The underage driver, who crashed after Constable Garret Styles tried to grab the keys in the ignition, should be charged with murder, according to the York Regional Police.
On the other hand, Trevor Middleton, who went out one night with the expressed intent of assaulting Asians (he used the disgusting racist term 'nip-tipping' or 'nipper-tipping') was only convicted of Assault and Criminal Negligence?
Trevor Middleton nearly killed people after he deliberately drove his vehicle like a weapon, yet the police never even charged him with attempted murder.
Why the disparity?
The first crime, though tremendously sad, does not seem to be a premeditated act of violence, racist or otherwise.
The kid was illegally driving a car under the influence of alcohol, and he got caught, which led to a horrible tragedy that left him with a LIFE SENTENCE in a wheelchair as a quadriplegic, and, sadly, left Garret Style's children without a father.
So far, I've seen no evidence
The Assumption is that YOU are to Blamehttp://www.yorkregion.com/news-story/2510909-cruiser-cams-prove-you-re-guilty/
This story, in the Georgina Advocate / Era Banner had two headlines.
'CRUISER CAMS PROVE YOU'RE GUILTY', AND 'CRUISER CAMS CAN PROVE YOUR GUILT'
Both headlines lead me to believe that Metroland Media, the company that publishes the local newspaper, assumed it'll be the public who will be the only ones caught breaking laws by the new video cameras being installed in police cruisers.
Here is my response to the article as first published, detailing what's WRONG about that assumption.
Cruiser cams can not only prove guilt, they can prove innocence. Cameras can not only act as another set of eyes when it becomes an officer's word against that of a driver, but also when it's a citizen's word against a lawbreaking cop.
Evidence gathered from these cameras could (or, at least, SHOULD) be used against police who break the law they've sworn to uphold. A cruiser cam would have been helpful in my case, when "law" office

Rumours of my DeathJust got back from Food Basics, the local grocery store.
A neighbour informed me that there was a nasty rumour going around about me.
Apparently this neighbour (who is one of the GOOD ones) was told that I had committed suicide.
Someone out there in Keswick has been saying that I hanged myself last week....charming.
Who knows? Perhaps this rumour-peddler heard that I was well-hung and got confused.
So I told my neighbour to tell the gossip "That's preposterous! Why would he hang himself after being elected Prime Minister of the Moon?".
It's about as likely as what was being stated as fact.
To those involved in this recent tittle-tattle: I'm afraid you're not going to get rid of me that easily.
Wishing doesn't make it so.
Much to the disappointment of some curtain-twitching gossip-mongers, the rumours of my death have been wildly exaggerated.

It's eat or be eaten at the breakfast table these days....
People are more healthy now, since Monsanto genetically modified our food...
...at least, the mutated survivors are healthier.
Have a nice day, try to avoid being devoured by your lunch.

I relayed the story that Mr. Elgie told me to a number of people, including some members of the Catholic School Board, and the York Regional Police force.
As is often the case with GOSSIPS, the police and the Catholic School Board started spreading a story insinuating that I had been the one, as "detective" Peter Duguay said, who had been "riding around town wearing a thong"...

Their ears apparently slammed shut after they heard the word 'bike', 'speedo' and 'nudist', but they couldn't even get the 'speedo' part right.
So, very very close to professional, while simultaneously lacking any moral integrity.

So, Robert Elgie is dead, but his story lives on, as a mutated tale, told by rumour-mongers and vicious gossips, at great expense to honest law-abiding tax-payers.
